Description Real Indian sandalwood oil is one of the most precious commodities in the world. There is something that sets Mysore Indian sandalwood apart from other sustainable varieties grown and distilled throughout numerous countries. This fragrance is a tribute to the pure exoticness of this oil using a complex layered design with geranium, leather, spice, rose and patchouli with a heavy dry-down of sandalwood, amyris, amber, cedarwood and musk. Notes in perfumery are descriptors of scents that can be sensed upon the application of a fragrance. Notes are separated into three classes; top/head notes, middle/heart notes, and base notes; which denote groups of scents which can be sensed with respect to the time after the application of a fragrance. These notes are created carefully with knowledge of the evaporation process and intended use of the fragrance.
